What payment methods do you accept?
You can either pay by:
- Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
All our payment gateways capture payments in Indonesia Rupiah. If your card's currency is other than Indonesia Rupiah, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees. - Bank Transfer
Choose the payment method that suits you best and follow the payment steps. The instruction will also be sent to your email address in case you need it later. You have 24 hours to complete the payment, or your unique Virtual Account will be expired and your order will automatically be cancelled.

I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?

PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Select a product or more and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your address and choose a shipping method.
- Click ‘Continue to Payment’ and choose ‘Payment with Midtrans’.
- When you’re all set, click ‘Complete Order’.
- You will be directed to select a payment method.
- While your order is being processed, please don’t close your browser.
- Available payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, ATM/Bank Transfer, GoPay, QRIS, and ShopeePay.
- Choose your payment method and complete it based on your choice.
- Each payment method has a different time limit. The maximum time limit for Bank Transfer, Alfamart, Kredivo, and Akulaku is an hour. In certain periods, payment time limits might be changed to 30 minutes only.
- For QR Payments such as Shopeepay or GoPay maximum time limit is 15 Minutes.
- All payments will be confirmed automatically and will update the order status to paid.

Domestic Deliveries
We use JNE Express (https://www.jne.co.id/en/home) for shipping to all cities in Indonesia.

We ship worldwide! We use DHL-Express (https://www.dhl.com/) for all overseas shipping. Below you can find the estimated delivery time.

Shipping may take a longer lead time for a remote postal code or rural area.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The maximum period to return and exchange is within 10 days after the order is created. Bags products can be returned or exchanged maximum within 17 days after the order is created. Please note some terms and conditions below before issuing to return or exchange:
- Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging can be processed for return or exchange.
- Only perfumes that are leaked can be returned/exchanged. Any damage as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, is not covered by this return policy.
- Products are purchased through the TYGA website, offline store, or WhatsApp.
- Sales and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items purchased with Coin of TYGA Voucher can be returned with notes that your Coin of TYGA will not be recovered. On a special note, terms and conditions apply.
- Products can be exchanged with the same exact product, other products with the same price, and other products with a higher or lower price. If you make an exchange for an item with a lower price, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.
- We do not accept complaints without evidence. Before opening your package, please record a clear unboxing video and take some photos to process your return or exchange claim.
- Your products can be exchanged only once (ONE TIME ONLY).
- We do reserve the right not to allow the return or exchange of products of any transactions although the condition above is met.
How to make return and exchange
- If your product met all the conditions to be returned or exchanged, you will be required to input your order number and email address. You have to choose which product has a problem.
- You will choose a solution for your problem whether to return/refund or exchange.
- Choose the shipping method to return your product to our warehouse. If you requested a refund, we will refund in store credit.
- You will receive a return summary which includes the solution for each returned product.
- After your product has arrived at the warehouse, our team will check whether the returned product is accepted or not.
- If you requested for return, you will receive store credit once we have have received your returned item. You may use the store credit to place another order on the item you would like to be exchanged. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may use the store credit for any other items on our site.
- If you requested exchanges, another order will be created with your requested exchange product and our warehouse team will fulfill your need.
For international orders, the following rulesfor returns and exchanges apply:
- If a return or exchange is required due to an error on our end (eg. defect, missing, or incorrect items), we will bear the shipping and customs fees.
- If a return or exchange is required due to the customer's request (eg. product or color is not suitable), the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping and customs fee.
- Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging can be processed for return or exchange. We recommend taking detailed photos of the products with the labels intact to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
