What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pay by:

  • Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
    All our payment gateways capture payments in Indonesia Rupiah. If your card's currency is other than Indonesia Rupiah, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.
  • Bank Transfer
    Choose the payment method that suits you best and follow the payment steps. The instruction will also be sent to your email address in case you need it later. You have 24 hours to complete the payment, or your unique Virtual Account will be expired and your order will automatically be cancelled.

I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?

PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

  1. Select a product or more and proceed to checkout.
  2. Fill in your address and choose a shipping method.
  3. Click ‘Continue to Payment’ and choose ‘Payment with Midtrans’.
  4. When you’re all set, click ‘Complete Order’.
  5. You will be directed to select a payment method.
  6. While your order is being processed, please don’t close your browser.
  7. Available payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, ATM/Bank Transfer, GoPay, QRIS, and ShopeePay.
  8. Choose your payment method and complete it based on your choice.
  9. Each payment method has a different time limit. The maximum time limit for Bank Transfer, Alfamart, Kredivo, and Akulaku is an hour. In certain periods, payment time limits might be changed to 30 minutes only.
  10. For QR Payments such as Shopeepay or GoPay maximum time limit is 15 Minutes.
  11. All payments will be confirmed automatically and will update the order status to paid.

We use JNE Express (https://www.jne.co.id/en/home) for shipping to all cities in Indonesia.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Effective June 1, 2026, our return and exchange policy has been updated to provide a more convenient shopping experience. Please read the updated terms below before requesting a return or exchange.

 

Return & Exchange Period

You may submit a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date of purchase. Eligibility is subject to our Pristine Rule criteria.

 

The Pristine Rule

Your item is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product is unwashed.
  • The product is free from stains, odors, or any damage.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • All original brand tags and labels are still attached.

 

General Terms and Conditions 

  1. Products must meet the Pristine Rule criteria above to be eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Products purchased at Full Price may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product.
  3. Products purchased at a promotional or sale price may only be exchanged for another product.
  4. Products purchased during a Clearance Sale (40% off and above) are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  5. Products may be exchanged for the same item, another item of equal value, or an item at a higher or lower price. If the exchanged item is lower in price, the difference will not be refunded.
  6. Items purchased using a Coin of TYGA Voucher are eligible for return, but the Coin of TYGA used will not be reinstated. Additional terms and conditions apply.
  7. Each product may only be exchanged once (1×).
  8. We do not accept returns or exchange requests without supporting evidence. Before opening your package, please record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video and take photos to support any future claim.
  9. TYGA reserves the right to decline a return or exchange request even if the conditions above are met, at our sole discretion.

 

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

  • Step 1. Visit our Return & Exchange Portal, or contact our Customer Service  via WhatsApp at +62 821-1300-0463
    Important: Upload the product and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or transaction history).
  • Step 2. Our team will verify your proof of purchase and inspect the product condition (stains, odors, signs of use) completeness of packaging, and presence of all tags and labels.
  • Step 3.
    - If eligible, we’ll proceed with the return or exchange based on the applicable policy.
    - If ineligible, our team will explain the reason according to the applicable policy.

For refund requests: Refunds will be processed once your returned item is received and verified at our warehouse (typically within 3–5 business days).

For exchange requests: A new order will be created for your requested item and fulfilled by our warehouse team.

 

Terms and Conditions for International Orders

For purchases shipped internationally, the following applies:

  1. If the return or exchange is required due to an error on our part (e.g. defective, missing, or incorrect item), TYGA will bear all shipping and customs costs.
  2. If the return or exchange is requested at the customer's discretion (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size), all shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. The Pristine Rule still applies. We recommend photographing the product with all labels intact before repackaging.
